What I learned during my pool workout
I worked out yesterday in my pool. Here’s what I learned:
1. I can do the breast-stroke all day or because that time period wasn’t tested, at least 5 minutes without stopping.
2. I can do freestyle for 2 laps in my mini-pool.
3. I can do the butterfly for half a lap.
4. I will probably embarrass my children someday when “Gonna Make You Sweat” comes on by C&C Music...
